With all the extra work your body is now doing, you’re going to naturally feel a little warmer than you normally do. So when it gets hot in the summer, you’re going to need something extra to help you beat the heat.

You can even lightly mist your sheets before getting into bed to stay a little cooler while you’re falling asleep.
